Giroud may not agree but it is time to forgive Sunday’s angry Gooner.

Claudio Callegari found himself at the center of some heated feedback from the Arsenal faithful after his strong remarks following the AS Monaco game went viral.

When interviewed by Arsenal Fan TV, the man commonly known as Gooner Claude directed his frustration over the pre-season result at the likes of Mikel Arteta and Olivier Giroud.

But after witnessing the level of anger that his comments had provoked, Gooner Claude would like Red London to share his apologies with all Arsenal fans worldwide who were offended by his words on Sunday.

  1. 1 preseason game and he insults giroud and arteta like he can do any better on the pitch. He’s a disgrace to arsenal and it’s good he’s apologized. For the service these 2 players are giving arsenal, they don’t deserve that from people who call themselves ‘fans’. Arsenal fans are the worst when it comes to supporting their players.

  2. I am happy sanchez join us because i know it can work on the other hand i have to agree with Claudio about our position up front Giroud miss so many chances last year if he was a total stricker he might have scored 35 goals i always have to look away whenever he is on the attack i also think Podi is better than him but wenger knows best

  4. That guy is not serious. Let him wait and watch Alexis Sanches this season when fully fit, he will eat his words. Alexis is everything that has been missing in Arsenal team list. Personally, I will be watching out for him to deliver the goodies for all Gunners faithful at the end of the season.

  5. Giroud has a thankless job at Arsenal. People forget that he has around 40 goals and 20 assists at Arsenal in two seasons. And he was one of the reasons that Rambo, O, Jack and other CMs flourished. Yes, he aint a good finisher but he is a good attacker.
Football has changed now, and a striker’s job description is helping the team score rather than just helping himself scoring.
