Adrian Lopez, welcome to Arsenal?
Convincing incoming reports claim that Arsenal have stepped up an inquiry to recruit another gem from the Spanish League with Atletico Madrid striker Adrian Lopez touted as a prime target. But is he any good?
Well, here is a look at each of the 19 goals Lopez tallied last season. He appears to be a forward in the mold of Suarez – comfortable with dribbling and physical enough to score in the air.
One thing for sure is that he can’t be worse than Yao Kouassi.

Girioud was scoring all sort of goals in the french league but thats have disapear,now lopez i think arsenal need a midfeld enforcer,the formatio is questionable,the coach is mentally not tough enough compare to fergie,the players are over pamper as a result almost all of them are lazy the problems are too many to count

U re on point. Candidly, demba ba is d best striker available for transfer in d mrkt. Arsenal do nt nid a player dat wuld b givn xcuses lke: gve him sme matches 2 settle or till nxt seasn 2 adapt. Guys , please Gervinho is not a flop, neither Arshavin, if we are to tell da truth, Wenger is responsible for Arshavin, Chamack, and Gervinho’s downfall. cox we all saw them when they played for the team in their first season, Arshavin was the Dangerous in terms of counter attacks in the premiership, chamack was unstopable, and 4 players had red cards in his first 5 games, Gervinho as we know is still the premiership best dribbler, all that we need is someone to talk to the players. we have team a more than Man U.

Are u mad ? Obviously u don’t actually watch any arsenal games. Gervinho & Chamakh are Div 1 players at best. They’re certainly not good enough for the Arsenal
Get them off the wage bill along with Squillaci, Djourou, Ramsey, Park and Denilson then we can hopefully sign some world class players

when i look back at players like arshavin,chamak,gervinho and giroud before coming to arsenal,it tells me straight that arsene wenger cannot deal with quality players unless they are passed through the academy.eg…. arshavin was a target for BACELONA some years back,chamak was a fantastic champions league player with bordeaux and now who should be blamed.do we have to sell arshavin and leave RAMSY ?

I don’t believe all these stories but I am pleading with Arsene to get us a replacement for Song i.e a dependable DMD, a quality striker in d mould of RVP and a good Left back if we are able to offload Santos.

Truth be told he is better than Gervinho. even Giroud. the problem with Arsenal is that they scout good players and at the end they go for the ones clubs no longer need. it is better to sign him now than buying a bench warmer.

we definitely need a midfield enforcer,a right back,and a stricker in the mould of lopez. The team does work hard as a unit there is this lazy attitude in the team,the don’t mark the ball when a ball is lost,they don’t enough pressure on the opponent’s defence and above all there is no leadership in the team.

I think all fans agree that if the player Wengers buys starts scoring goals and the gunners win,his pedigree won’t be questioned.It helps if you are an experienced and high quality performer. However Michu has proved otherwise.
The thing is Wenger has no margin for error and if he continues to buy wc potential,it’s a gamble. It has failed. The ones who blossomed have all been sold. This could be a crucial season as afr as getting the cl slot is concerned. Winning the epl is 98% impossible no matter how bullish Wenger sounds. To do that the gunners must start to win at least ,imho,6 to 10 games on the trot.
So far the record stands at 5 on the trot.
